Creating an Easter basket for a baby is a fantastic way to make yourself think outside the box. You can’t throw in candy, chocolate bunnies, or bubbles in it, but you can fill it with items that are both cute and practical. I shopped during the week and assembled the basket the day before Easter. A whole day earlier than necessary! I brought it outside to snap a quick photo and Mr. King came out and placed his basket next to mine. How cute is it that he went shopping for her?!

I thought the basket I created would come from both of us, but it turns out dad had his own plans (tear).

I know some people think it’s a bit ridiculous to create an Easter basket for a baby since they won’t remember it, but we did it anyways! Check it out below and see what we included:

P.S. Is anyone else terrified of the Easter Bunny? I opted out of Easter bunny pics this year and took a few photos with this tiny, cuddly, friendlier pink bunny. I think Avery will thank me one day!
